Change the Bow Style

How to swap bow sizes or variant (headbands & clips)

Simply login to your customer account and click 'manage subscription'.
This brings you to your account dashboard with a snapshot of your current selection and date the next bows will sent.
To swap the bow style:

  • Click 'Edit' next to your current subscription.
  • Click 'Change Bow Style'
  • Select your preferred size and style in the drop down.
  • Click 'Save'

This will then update your bow style for the next charge date!

Changes need to be made before payments are processed on the 18th of the month to be included in the next delivery.

Skip the next bows

How to skip the next months bows

Simply login to your customer account and click 'manage subscription'.
This brings you to your account dashboard with a snapshot of your current selection and date the next bows will sent.

To skip the next charge:

  • Click 'Edit' next to your current subscription.
  • Click 'Skip next charge'
  • Click 'Skip' and wait for the changes to be processed. (this may take a couple of seconds)
  • You will now see 'Skipped' before your subscription name.

The next charge will now be skipped and you will see the following month as the next charge date on your account dashboard.

Changes need to be made before payments are processed on the 18th.

Update your Address

How to change the shipping address on your subscription

Simply login to your customer account and click 'manage subscription'.
This brings you to your account dashboard with a snapshot of your current selection and date the next bows will sent.

To update your shipping address:

  • Click 'Edit' next to your current subscription.
  • Scroll down to your current address
  • Click 'Edit' 
  • Update the shipping address with your new details.
  • Click ' Save' and wait for the changes to process.

Your shipping address with now be changed and you will see this updated on your account dashboard.

Changes need to be made before payments are processed on the 18th to be included with the next order.

Update your billing details

How to change the payment method on your subscription.

Simply login to your customer account and click 'manage subscription'.
This brings you to your account dashboard with a snapshot of your current selection and date the next bows will sent.

To change your billing details:

  • Click 'Edit' next to your current subscription.
  • Click 'Update payment information'
  • Click ' Update Card' to enter new card details

OR 

  • Click PayPal to resync your PayPal account if you have recently updated your bank accounts in PayPal.
  • You will be prompted to login into PayPal and agree to the recurring payment agreement from your nominated account.

The billing details will now be update and you will see the last 4 digits of the new card or PayPal under 'Billing Information'

Changes need to be made before payments are processed on the 18th. If your payment is declined, please do not stress, I will have your bows here and the system will automatically try another 2 times over 10 days.

Swap Subscription

Swap current subscription to pigtail or sister set.

Simply login to your customer account and click 'manage subscription'.
This brings you to your account dashboard with a snapshot of your current selection and date the next bows will sent.

To swap the bow style:

  • Click 'Edit' next to your current subscription.
  • Click 'Swap Subscription'
  • Select the subscription you wish to swap to and the bow style.
  • Click 'Save'

You will now see the new subscription on your account dashboard. You will need to swap back if you would like to move back to a single subscription, or vice versa.

Changes need to be made before payments are processed on the 18th of the month to be included in the next delivery.

Add to your subscription

How to add an extra subscription

Simply login to your customer account and click 'manage subscription'.
This brings you to your account dashboard with a snapshot of your current subscription.

Adding an extra subscription is useful if you wish to keep your current subscription and you want to add an extra subscription. (please use 'Swap Subscription' if you are wanting to replace your current subscription)

To add an extra subscription:

  • Click 'Add to Subscription' under your current subscription.
  • Select the subscription you wish to add and the bow style and save.
  • You will now see the extra subscription listed on your account dashboard.

The charge for the extra set will added to your regular payment on the 18th of the month.

Changes need to be made before payments are processed on the 18th to be active for the next month.

Cancel your Subscription

How to cancel your subscription

Simply login to your customer account and click 'manage subscription'.

To cancel your subscription:

  • Click 'Edit' next to your current subscription.
  • Scroll down to the bottom
  • Click 'Cancel'
  • I'd love if you could leave some feedback but not essential.
  • Click 'Cancel Subscription'

You will receive an email confirming that your subscription has been cancelled and you will not be charged again. If you wish to receive our monthly bows again in the future, you will need to rejoin through the waitlist.
