Can I order bows if I'm not a member?

Yes! All the bows in our shop are available to everyone except the monthly bow set, which is exclusive to our members.

How do I work out which side clip we need?

The clips are designed for the side your daughter wears the bow. If she wears it on HER right it will be a right clip.

Are the headbands only for newborns?

Our headbands have been carefully selected so they will stretch as your little girl grows. They are made from super stretchy nylon so they will be comfortable and won't leave a mark on your bubs head.

How do the different styles and sizes compare?

Please use this chart for an approximate size comparison. The bows are hand-tied so there may be slight variances in actual dimensions and can vary from fabric to fabric.

 

Can I combine shipping?

If you have placed orders in succession please reach out and I will do my best to combine the orders. I am unable to combine orders with a subscription or if one has already been despatched or booked for delivery.

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?

If you have waited the estimated delivery timeframe and your package has not arrived, please email me at hello@babybow.club so I can look into it for you.

I received an incorrect and/or damaged bow in my package. What should I do?

Email me at hello@babybow.club right away and I'll absolutely make it right!
